'Wild Plums' is a unique still life oil painting of wild plums from a tree just near my studio in an old blue and white striped terracotta dish. There is a hopeful wasp hovering - as there was by the tree and any fallen plums! It is painted in oils on gesso board and is framed in a wooden frame painted with Farrow & Ball 'Railings' with a gold inner edge.
