'Hellebores and Hedge Sparrow' is an original still life oil painting of a bunch of mixed coloured garden Hellebores - sometimes called Lenten Roses, or Christmas Roses. They are a wonderful sign of early spring and I have combined them with a vintage card identifying the common hedge sparrow, also called a Dunnock.
This is painted in oils on canvas board and it is framed in a white painted wooden frame.
