Privacy Statement
You may be aware that from 25 May 2018 all businesses need to comply with the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This gives you a number of rights over the information I hold including the right for that information to be removed.
If you contact me via my website or sign up to my mailing list at exhibitions or open studio events I want you to know what information I hold, how it is held and how I use it.

Where that information is held :

I store your information on my email server as well as a database in a number of Excel spreadsheet files.

All files and emails are stored using Microsoft’s secure Office 365 environment. It is password protected and only I have access.

Microsoft Office 365 gives the ability to synchronise to a local computer account. This computer account is also password protected with me as the only user.

If you have provided me with your phone number and we have spoken, I may also have stored the number in my phone’s contacts list.
How I may use your data :

To periodically send emails with news relating to my artistic practice and upcoming exhibitions or workshops

To answer any questions you send me via email or phone.

I DO NOT share your data with anyone else. Only I see your data.
