Fresh as a Daisy is an original still life painting of a blue and white striped Cornishware jug filled with a variety of daisy flowers. It features a favourite postcard of a painting called ‘The Bather’ by Thomas Martine Ronaldson which Marie collected on a gallery visit. 
The addition of a shell emphasises the seaside narrative.
